My Story
Hi, I’m MarQuis Fair — founder of Strategy to Stage — and for as long as I can remember, I’ve lived at the crossroads of purpose, presence, and performance.
Storytelling has shaped every chapter of my life. I started as a kid mesmerized by television and theatre, grew into an artist in the DC/Maryland/Virginia theatre community, and eventually became an executive professional by CEOs, national organizations, and mission-driven leaders.
