Where My Storytelling Began
Before Strategy to Stage existed as a coaching practice, it lived in me as an artist. The stage is where I learned presence, power, vulnerability, and the beauty of connecting with an audience. It’s where I discovered how a single moment — a pause, a breath, a shift — can change the temperature of a room.
My work on stage and in film informs every part of how I coach today. I don’t teach performance; I teach connection — the same connection I learned night after night under the lights.

Stage Experience
From intimate black box spaces to full-scale musicals, I’ve been fortunate to inhabit a wide range of characters across the Washington, DC/Maryland/Virginia theatre community. Each role taught me something about storytelling, truth, and the electric exchange between artist and audience.

On camera, connection becomes even more intimate. Every micro-expression matters, and the camera picks up details the stage never sees. My film work sharpened my awareness of authenticity and emotional precision — two elements I bring directly into my coaching.
